We spent one night in a super deluxe room with balcony at hotel altitude. The location is good, and the room was spacious and clean. The restaurant menu was limited, but the food was decent. Our room was on the second floor, though the balcony view wasn't pleasing at all, as it faced the restaurant terrace and a water tank.

The team made the stay feel warm, with polite, friendly staff and room service that arrived impressively fast. The food was consistently good, and the sunrise view from the hotel was a lovely part of the location. There seemed to be slightly fewer staff around at times, which may have led to occasional delays, but everyone handled things professionally and with a smile. I had a wonderful stay and would consider coming back.

We spent two nights here and everything went smoothly. The staff did a great job making sure we were comfortable, the food was incredibly good, and the location was fantastic. A perfect stay, 5/5. I’d highly recommend it.

Umesh bhai, the travel correspondent, and Lijesh bhai, our guide and driver, helped us put together a proper three-day itinerary and made the stay more memorable. The rooms were spacious, and housekeeping staff were cooperative. We also enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet, and the restaurant had a wide range of food and was available 24 hours a day. The rooms, food, and staff behaviour were all top notch. One of the best hotels in Coorg, especially if you want to stay in the main city.

The in-house restaurant was our favourite part. The food tasted great, and the prices seemed reasonable compared with other restaurants. We had the complimentary breakfast and also ate lunch there, and the kids had a great time. Clean rooms and friendly staff made it a pretty good stay.
