The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to see and explore, which deserves five stars. The rooms were decent, though the price felt a little high for the quality, especially given the central location. There’s no breakfast included and no on-site parking, so we had to use nearby roadside parking. Since the place has been renovated, a few things worked inconsistently.

Mr. Madhusudhan, the operating partner, was especially attentive and helpful, promptly handling our requests and sharing tips on local places to visit. The staff were polite too, and service was quick. We enjoyed the food, particularly the local dishes. Coorg Imarat Hotel was clean and well maintained, with comfortable, neatly arranged rooms and the amenities we needed. It had a peaceful atmosphere that suited Coorg well. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend it to families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing visit.

The owner and staff welcomed us warmly and helped arrange local trips. They served a good breakfast and prepared food for our child. I still remember the owner saying we shouldn’t have to compromise on anything because, as paying guests, we were their responsibility to provide good service. We stayed from Oct3-Oct5, and it was a pleasant, satisfactory visit. The superior room felt quite spacious and lavish, while the standard room was a bit cramped. Thanks to him and the management.

We stayed for two days in a double room with an extra bed for three people. The rooms were in good shape, though a little compact, and parking was available in the cellar. Breakfast isn’t provided, but Pakasala nearby is a good option. We paid INR 2100 per night, which felt reasonable for three. The owner responded quickly. We booked directly by calling the number on Google, not through a third-party site, and had a good experience.
