OYO 3437 Daswal B&B Hotel

This is a good budget stay for families. It’s close to the market but still quiet, with really clean rooms and well-kept bathrooms. The bathroom fittings all worked, and there was hot water around the clock, just as promised. Staff were very friendly and easy to approach. Mr. Shashi at reception was especially helpful, suggesting local attractions and helping us plan our trip. There’s no restaurant, only bed and breakfast. Breakfast was edible and decent, though nothing special. Free WiFi is available, but I ran into connection trouble, possibly because of network or server issues. I really enjoyed my stay and would suggest it to anyone looking for a good budget hotel.

The owner was actively involved in meeting guests’ needs and taking care of the little details, which made the service stand out. Breakfast and food were among the best in town, and the customer service was very good. The property sits in the heart of the city, with tourist spots easy to reach. Definitely a place to stay if you’re looking for good service.

I had a terrible trip here. Daswal lodge smelled bad, and the rooms weren’t clean. Staff were rude. Hot water was a problem: there are no geysers, and I had to ask the hotel staff repeatedly to turn it on. The TVs didn’t work, and when I asked, they said they didn’t work for anyone. They also didn’t clean daily during my multi-day booking. No drinking water was provided either, and you had to pay for it. BEWRE booking Daswal.

We had breakfast on both days, and it was good each time. The rooms were very nice and kept clean, and staff were always available to help, 24*7.
