Treebo Alaka Rester Homestay, 5 mins to Raja Seat Garden

I had the whole floor and terrace to myself, which made the stay feel special. Rain fell that night, and hearing it patter on the sloping roof with red clay tiles was memorable. The rooms were nice and hygienic. The kitchen isn’t open all day, though I wish it were available for simple comfort food like Maggi and chai. One of the best homestays I’ve stayed in so far. Couldn’t have asked for a better place in Coorg.

The caretaker was very helpful, and the place was clean. Parking is plentiful, though the road to the property is narrow. Breakfast in the morning was satisfying and good value. The rooms and balconies don’t have special views, as the booking portal had already stated. Homemade local wine may be available to buy if there’s stock. I’d suggest carrying larger bottles of water for convenience.

The whole property was lovely, with lots of plants and flowers, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Suhaib, the caretaker, helped us a great deal and guided us throughout the trip. A peaceful, pleasant and safe place to stay in the city.

The staff were kind and helped me with everything I needed. I felt comfortable and welcome at Treebo Alaka Rester Homestay. The room was clean and well looked after. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay.
