Yesh Comforts is now called Kailash Heaven. It's close to the KSRTC bus station, with Sri Ambika and Pakashala veg restaurants nearby. The rooms are neat and reasonably priced.

The location is handy, right by the bus stop and about 1 km from Raja Seat, but parking is extremely limited. For a cheap place, the service was tolerable for one night, though the amenities were poor. The TV didn't work, and although they said they'd fix the cable, nobody came. The bathroom was relatively clean, but the bedcover looked like it hadn't been washed in ages. Keep expectations low and it's okay for a night's stay.
We paid the full booking fee in the OYO app and confirmed with the manager before arriving, but the hotel still refused to check us in, saying all rooms had been sold. The manager accepted no responsibility, so we had to contact OYO support for a refund and look for another place late at night. A bad experience.
The OYO app showed a room as available and took payment, but hotel staff said it had already been sold two days earlier. They were rude and unhelpful.
A really bad experience. There was no room cleaning service, and the receptionist was bad.
