I paid ₹1200 for one night, which felt far too expensive for a room in this condition. There was no lift, and the whole stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. Dust covered the room, the walls were dirty, and neither the floor nor the room seemed to have been cleaned before guests arrived. The bed and sheets were dirty, there was a bad smell, and basic hygiene was missing. The bathroom was poorly maintained and unclean, its door wouldn't lock properly, and the main door lock also didn't work right. Mosquitoes were everywhere in both the room and bathroom, and there was no proper ventilation. Management clearly wasn't maintaining the place. If they can't keep rooms clean and provide basic hygiene, they should close it instead of serving customers like this.
