Gopuram Grand

The restaurant had tasty food and a good range of choices, and the staff were quick to help whenever I needed anything. Everyone was friendly from the moment I arrived. Check-in was fast and easy, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had the basic facilities. The bed was cozy, the room was cleaned daily, and the hotel service was excellent. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

The rooms are small, but they’re kept in good condition, and the vegetarian food is very good with a decent choice of dishes. The hotel is only about 50 metres from the temple’s west gate. Since vehicles can’t reach the hotel, staff arrange for bellboys to bring luggage over from the temple parking area.

The buffet meal was a lovely experience, thanks in particular to Priyanka, Aravind, and Gayathri. They were courteous and attentive, and kept making sure we had what we needed. Their warm, professional service made the visit stand out. I’d be glad to come back.

We were able to get into a room as soon as we arrived at 8 am, even though the stated check-in time was 2 pm. The room was clean and a good size, and the staff were humble and courteous. Gopuram Grand is opposite the west gate, with the temple’s other gates also easy to reach. Breakfast had tasty idly, vada, kesari, cornflakes, bread with butter and jam, different dosas, pongal, and poha. Arvind and Bala were especially polite and helpful when we needed assistance at breakfast. We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend it.
