The staff make up their own rules and act like they own the place. Even with a QR code scanner, they wouldn’t take GPay or PhonePe. They don’t seem to care about customers or income. It feels like dealing with a government office.

I had a horrible visit. A lot of menu items weren’t available, and in the evening even the masala dosa had no masala. The waiters were unfriendly, laughing at customers for no reason and telling us to leave as soon as we finished eating.

Only one lady waiter was kind and nice to us, and that’s why I’m giving one star. The other waiter, a short man in his late 50s, kept staring and muttering to himself. I felt he might have been abusing us, and I sensed hatred toward tourists from the North in his eyes. The staff were rude to women and had no manners when speaking to them. We had a very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend the place. Management should remove staff like this for their own good.

At Ashoka Bhavan, even the juice we ordered was watery and tasteless. The staff were rude and made us feel unwelcome, then wouldn’t let us sit for a few minutes after we finished. Pathetic service, not worth going in. Avoid it.
