At least the location is handy, right beside the bus stand. The room itself was tiny for two people, and there was no food and beverage service. Water leaked from every tap, the tub and mug were very unhygienic, and the curtains, blankets, and towels were dirty. Room service was poor, and parking is at your own risk. They also insist on charging a full day's rate for even an extra hour or two, with no early check-in or short extension allowed. The AC was noisy, most controls were disabled because it was centralized, and its water vent was in the restroom, where it dripped constantly.

I asked when booking for hot water around the clock, and they said it would be available, but I didn't get any hot water. We stayed on 11 March 2026. The room, bathroom, toilet, bed, and bedsheet were all unclean and the room was very small. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was not worth the money, one of the worst places I've seen.

Getting help was difficult because reception was unattended most of the time, and room service didn't respond properly. There's no proper car park either. The attendant told us to leave the car on the street under a tree, and by morning it was completely dirty. The access road is very narrow, and the hotel is in a very poor area. Inside, the rooms were very dirty, the washroom was in awful condition, and the furniture was old. The heater didn't work and there weren't enough towels.

Such a filthy stay, and a waste of money. The staff were unfair and kept demanding extra payment. Please don't choose this place. I've never stayed somewhere this bad.
