There’s no Wi-Fi or air conditioning, and the parking is limited. They didn’t provide the usual body lotion or soap, and there were no tea or coffee packets, milk, or anything else for a refreshment.

I booked three rooms through MakeMyTrip and paid, but when my family and I arrived, the hotel said there was no booking. We were left stuck there in the middle of the night, and the staff were highly unprofessional. Horrible.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were friendly. I had a very pleasant stay.

10/10
I booked through the makemytrip app for Rs.2300/-. The rooms were clean and spacious, with room for three people, and the AC was cool. The hotel is right by the NH flyover. Some low ratings might come from personal dislike for one reason or another, so don’t hesitate, just book and enjoy.

The bedspreads and pillows weren’t properly cleaned, and there were no glasses for drinking water. There’s no intercom either. Customer care was terrible: the staff didn’t seem to care about visitors, and the staff and manager acted like bosses. I’ve never experienced this kind of irresponsibility at a hotel. Terrific, in the worst way.
