There was trash throughout the common areas, and the room had stains and dust. The bathroom was moldy and poorly cared for. I reported the problems, but staff did nothing meaningful about them. The whole hotel was shockingly dirty, nowhere near basic cleanliness standards. Please avoid staying here until they make major improvements.

The rooms themselves were good, but the service was so poor that our guests were upset. We booked five rooms after the owner agreed to give us AC rooms, then got regular rooms while being charged the AC rate. Her behavior was rude, and I couldn't get anywhere trying to argue about it.

The woman at reception was rude, and the washrooms stayed dirty and smelly throughout our stay. There was no housekeeping or drinking water, and the sheets were stained. When we first entered the rooms, we even found dead bugs. The place felt unhygienic and very dirty.

The reception lady's behavior was awful. We had to call her whenever we came back because she would lock the building's main door in the morning. The room doors were in such bad shape we couldn't open them, and the windows were broken too. The water cans on each floor were empty. If anyone can give me the owner's phone number, it would be easier to pass on the complaint. Don't book a room here.

The prices were outrageous, and the staff were really rude. The rooms looked like nobody had cleaned them in ages. We couldn't even order food from outside, and the bedsheets were so gross they seemed like something we'd have to eat from. Worst stay I've ever had. 🤢🤮
