The room cleaning was poor, and our AC wasn't working properly. Even after it was fixed, the temperature control was a joke. We also struggled to get a response when ordering food. When we asked about refreshments, we were told “No stock” bluntly, without anyone checking or suggesting alternatives. Even after placing orders, the staff didn't seem interested in serving us. The staff's tone was rude and disrespectful, with little basic courtesy or hospitality. It felt like the hotel didn't value its customers. Paying for such poor service and being treated this way was a waste. I was extremely disappointed with MMR Gardens and wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone looking for decent service. A hotel should care about its guests' comfort and experience, and MMR Gardens failed to do that. 💔👎🏻

The reception didn't respond, and after check-in it took two hours to sort out the problems. My father and I had to go down and argue with the duty manager. By then we'd had enough and asked to leave. The MD later spoke with us and promised a refund for the inconvenience, but it was never given. We'd already paid Agoda in advance. The room was unclean, including the bathroom, the flush didn't work, and the AC was non-functional. It seems no checks were done before guests checked in. After paying 3000 per room, the service was poor too. A terrible experience.

Cockroaches were on the bed, the wall, and around the bed, and even basic toiletries took five requests to get. The washroom was also unhygienic and in unsatisfactory condition. The property seemed poorly maintained and lacked hygiene overall. They call MMR Gardens Hotel 3 star, but to me it wasn't anywhere near 2 star. The stay fell far below basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort, so I can't recommend it. Don't rely on the good reviews, they don't match the property.

Cockroaches on the bed, floor, and in the drawers beside it made the stay unacceptable. The washroom was just as unhygienic and unsatisfactory. MMR Gardens Hotel seemed very poorly maintained, with a complete lack of hygiene. It was an extremely disappointing stay, well below basic standards for cleanliness and comfort.

The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the AC didn't cool properly. Instead of a ceiling fan, there was an industrial shop-floor fan in the room, and it was very noisy. A very bad stay.
