It's a budget-friendly place with good access to the city centre, tourist spots, and the highway, so it could suit travellers looking for value. The hotel has three storeys and around 15-18 rooms, with limited car parking. All rooms have AC, TV, WiFi, and a geyser. It's deep inside a residential area. The last couple of hundred metres from 80 feet road Anna Nagar are narrow and a bit trashy, though once inside the hotel, you're fine.

The room was nice and the service satisfactory, but the location was only satisfactory too. The hotel looked new, like it had been built recently. Food isn't included in the price, and there aren't any good places nearby, so you have to walk quite a bit.

The room is fine for one night, and it's close to the main road. Parking is very limited. The linen looked old and heavily used, and the bathroom could be cleaner, without stains or cockroaches.

We paid around 3800, and at that price it wasn't good. Maybe the rate was high because it was December, but at 1.5k for three people, the same hotel would be good value. The room had a broken tap with a pencil stuck in it to make it work, which isn't what you'd expect after paying that much. The blankets weren't clean either.

We paid 3700 for three people, and my family didn't sleep well at all. The bedsheets were ugly and small, and the TV wasn't working when we tried to watch it. At 23.00 we saw a cockroach and called reception. A little later, we found bed bugs on the bed too. It was horrible, and we couldn't sleep. Nobody could give us the property owner's details. After pushing reception, the person gave his name as M.srinivasan. A waste of money for a sleepless night.
