Sterling V Grand Madurai

The restaurant staff were genuinely caring and attentive, and the rooms were spacious. There's good shopping and food nearby, though the hotel is a little way from the main city. We arrived around 1:30 pm after telling them our arrival time in advance, but the rooms weren't ready. Room service needs serious improvement: requests through reception for housekeeping items take a long time, though I don't know whether reception or housekeeping is the cause. Still, the place didn't disappoint overall and was good value for money.

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Hotel Sterling V Grand in Madurai. After long sightseeing days, the spacious, clean, well-kept room was a relaxing place to return to. The hotel combines modern amenities with warm hospitality, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and quick to assist. Breakfast was especially satisfying, with a good spread, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. The location is convenient and well connected for exploring the city and nearby attractions. The whole visit went smoothly and left us with good memories. We'd happily stay again and recommend Hotel Sterling V Grand to family and friends.

The food was good, and breakfast had an excellent spread. Everything served on the 22nd and 24th was really tasty. Room service and housekeeping were efficient, and every staff member helped make our stay memorable. A special mention for the restaurant team: Mr. Annu was kind and supportive, and Ambu added a lot to the service. At reception, Venkat, Vineeth, Varsha and Arul were friendly, helpful, and very customer focused. They even called on the 21st, before my check-in on the 22nd, to ask what time I'd arrive. Venkat also arranged a city cab and an auto to the station. A good place for families, with staff who are genuinely compassionate. God bless you all.

The AC was out in both the front desk area and dining hall, and mosquitoes were flying around the lobby. While we were having dinner in the restaurant, staff took plates from my mom's hands and gave us the bill. I complained to @makemytrip, but they said we had to adjust and that the hotel was fine. A very bad experience at HOTEL STERLING IN MADURAI. Future guests, please don't book here if you're coming to Madurai.
