At Evershine Resort & Spa, what made our trip especially memorable was how warmly guests were treated. Mr. Manoj Sharma (F&B Manager) took the time to check on every table and make sure things were right. His genuine warmth made us feel valued, not like just another guest. Ms. Riya also deserves a mention for being polite, smiling and helpful, always ready to assist with positive energy. Those small gestures made a real difference. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Mahabaleshwar.

There was plenty for the kids to do, and the resort is very kid-friendly. Adults also get lots of activities included in the package, and the swimming pool was good. The rooms were very good, the property was clean and well maintained, and the food was very good. We had an excellent stay at Evershine.

Our baby was very comfortable, and the resort's late-night room service was a big help when we needed to order food after getting the little one to sleep. They even prepared baby food, which took a lot of stress off us. The staff's room service and hospitality were very good, the rooms were clean, and the resort felt very premium. The food was good, with a great buffet spread. We stayed for 3n 4d with our 8 month old on our first trip together from Chennai. I chose Evershine Resort based on Google reviews, and we had a good time. My husband really appreciated that I'd booked it.

The service was the part that impressed me most. From reception and catering to the guards and waiters, everyone was well trained, humble, exceptionally courteous and willing to help. The property is well maintained, with a superb ambience. We had an amazing experience and would love to return, and recommend it to others. Evershine Resort and Spa is a luxurious place for a relaxing, refreshing stay in Mahabaleshwar, close to the city centre. The lobby is huge and beautifully decorated, with rows of sofas. While our check-in was underway, we were invited to sit and have detox water or kahwa, and the reception executive came over to finish the formalities and brief us. Rooms are clean and cozy, though a little small, with neat bathrooms, balconies facing green scenery, and all essential modern amenities. The food was tasty, with plenty to choose from at Cafe Evershine or “Mad smokehouse” on the lawn. There's also a well-stocked bar. Indoor and outdoor activities include the game zone, cycling, rope climbing and archery. Some are free and others paid. The resort arranged a complimentary guide for a roughly 5 kms track to Wilson point for sunrise, then deep into the jungle on a less-known, tough track to Switzerland point.
