It's pocket friendly, with three rooms, a big hall, a 4 ft pool, and a small lawn. The villa has a nice view, and Mapro garden is just 5mins away. There's also a petrol pump and good restaurants nearby. The caretakers are friendly, and I recommend their kadak adarak tea, 10/10.
The friendly caretaker was helpful and easy to coordinate with, and he can arrange breakfast for an additional charge. The Poha was amazing, and he knows a restaurant for dinner, so just trust him. This is a spacious 3 BHK duplex villa with a private pool, garden space, and born fire facilities. Mornings bring a good hill view, while at night you can see a sky full of stars unless the clouds roll in. It's centrally located in Panchghani, with a nursery, entertainment park, and strawberry farms nearby. A 4 wheeler is preferred, though the place is easy to find if you coordinate with the caretaker.
The internet barely works because the WIFi is so poor. The food is nice, and the caretakers are really friendly.
The caretaker was humble and cooperative, but I didn't feel the property was worth what it cost. There was no hot water, and the food quality and variety need to better suit what customers ask for. I won't recommend it.
The pool was fun for all my friends, and the food was tasty. It's a beautiful villa with outstanding service. Highly recommended.
