There’s a lot to do at the resort, including heated pools, jacuzzi tubs, a wellness spa, a game room, and several sports activities. The rooms and food were great, and hospitality was above average overall. It’s a little outside Mahabaleshwar, but a good choice for a weekend away if you want a trusted name.
We’ve been coming back to Brightland Resort for the past 10 years. The ambience, warm staff, service quality, and kid-friendly activities are what keep drawing us back, and our family always leaves with happy memories. Some room categories do feel outdated, so ask for one of the newer, modern options when booking. Breakfast has a commendable spread. At lunch and dinner, the à la carte menu is good value for its taste, preparation, cuisine choices, and restaurant service. There’s a game room with a toddler playzone, table tennis, carrom boards, chess boards, and foosball, plus lawn tennis and basketball courts for outdoor fun. It’s an all-rounder that gets the right things right. Kudos to Team Brightland!
We liked the resort for our stay: the room was good, breakfast had a very good range, and the pool was nice. Staff were cooperative, and there were activities around the clock, including tambola and karaoke. We were told smoking is allowed in a common area. The road in is in terrible shape and feels very isolated. I would have given five stars if the road weren’t so bad.
The food was tasty and had plenty of variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Service was quick, and staff, including Anil Kondalkar, Suresh Gole, and Anand Gole, were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean, with a lovely area outside, and there’s a beautiful temple that spreads positivity. Bharat Hotel is near the main market in Mahabaleshwar, with a beautiful location, natural views, and a positive feel. We enjoyed the games and had lots of fun on our trip. We’ll come again and recommend THE BHART HOTEL to friends and family. Five stars feels like too few. Thank you for the great service.
Food is very expensive, though everything else was good. They allow smoking in the outdoor family area, which wasn’t okay with kids around. When I booked the dinner table, nobody mentioned this. I had to move tables, as did a few other families. They could have asked the couple smoking to move instead. The manager didn’t seem interested in making us comfortable and ignored the whole issue.
