I’d booked a month ahead, but on arrival the owner tried to cancel, apparently because demand had gone up and he wanted to sell the room for more. We had to fight to get the room we’d already paid for. Check-in was difficult too, since the hotel was empty and there was no reception staff; we had to call the owner. The room was in terrible condition. It smelled bad, the sheets and pillow covers were dirty, and basic hygiene was lacking. The bathroom window was broken or left open, so we covered it with clothes for privacy, and the door had no proper latch. The washroom flush didn’t work. There was no running hot water, soap, toiletries, TV, or drinking water. Breakfast had been included or promised, but was cancelled. I felt the place was unsafe and unfit for guests. I strongly urge Agoda to remove it from their platform. Don’t book here.

A total disappointment. The rooms weren’t clean, and the service was awful.

I ended up here at 9:00am because I needed somewhere to spend about 3 hours while waiting for my checking for taj fountain later, and I couldn’t find another option. The rooms may be cheap, but bring your own towels, soap, shampoo and everything else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t book it.

The rooms were very small, the room price was high, and the condition was very bad. Breakfast was free, but no facilities were available. Don’t book this room.

The lodging staff were friendly and attentive, so those two stars are for them. The rooms, though, were shady, cramped, and smelly, and the hotel seems ancient. It might do if you only need to rest for a few hours before moving on. The bar smelled so strongly of puke I thought you might die in there. They don’t even sweep the floors. I challenge anyone to sit there for 15 minutes. I would’ve given zero stars otherwise.
