The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed, simple elegant interiors, and everything kept neat. The washroom and common areas were clean throughout as well. Staff were polite and quick to help, which made things easy. The hill and greenery views made for a peaceful break. Breakfast and dinner were fresh and tasty with plenty of choice, though I would've liked a few more local Maharashtrian dishes. A really pleasant stay in Mahabaleshwar.

Our Super Deluxe Room had a balcony and a breathtaking mountain view, and the property was spotless. Hotel Mahabaleshwar Fragrance is in a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, a nice setting for couples or families wanting to relax. The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Every meal we tried was cooked well and served with great hospitality. The staff also made our short stay comfortable, going out of their way to help. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly, and everyone was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back. Highly recommend Hotel Mahabaleshwar Fragrance for the views, comfort, food, and hospitality.

Breakfast was good, especially the onion and potato fritters we ordered. The dinner wasn't as good, the paneer was chewy and felt like rubber. Our room and washroom were clean, and there was both hot and cold water for showers, but no shower kit was provided. I think that may only be included in deluxe rooms. It was an above average hotel, neither great nor bad.
