OYO 11944 Rajat Residency

The staff stayed civil even when guests got irritated, which was one positive. The rest of the service was a terrible letdown during a power outage. They didn't give anyone an alternative light, even though they had candles and lit them on the ground floor, leaving guests in their rooms in total darkness. Staff kept putting off our requests for generator power for 40 minutes. When they saw us call Oyo customer service, we heard them say, “I think power won't come back, we'll actually have to get diesel,” so it seemed they'd just been avoiding our request. After repeated requests from all the guests, they finally turned on the generator 2.5 hours later.
