Hotel Royal Orbit

From the poolside seating, the mountain valley looked lovely. It was foggy during our peak-winter visit, which had its own charm, and the area at the back of the property was calm and away from traffic noise. The hotel itself is right on the main road, so it was easy to reach. The pool and the side shown in the pictures are at the rear. The rooms were comfortable and well kept. Large windows faced the pool, making it cozy to have tea or meals in the room. We ordered dinner from the in-house restaurant and it arrived hot and well packed in 15 minutes. They didn't charge extra for room service, a thoughtful touch given the higher peak-season rates. We were there over the busy Christmas holidays, when nearby hotels were mostly full, so the tariff was higher than usual. Don't expect luxury-level service just because the price rises in peak season, but our stay was pleasant. The restaurant serves pure vegetarian food; the quality was genuinely good, and breakfast had around four items, all hot and fresh. Simple and satisfying. Staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist, Mr. Sudheer, was especially courteous, patient, and attentive to our questions, and always greeted us with a warm smile.

We had a beautiful valley-view room, clean and nice, with polite staff who responded quickly. There's an attached Pure Veg restaurant. Highly recommended for a trip to Panchgini or Mahabaleshwar.

The hospitality and support staff were what we loved most. Even the kitchen team was helpful, the food was amazing, and they served food for our toddler without hesitation. The rooms were clean and the location was great. Thank you all.

The view was mesmerizing, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and service was great. The food was tasty too, with lots of variety. An awesome place to stay.
