We don't eat meat, and we still found the hotel's vegetarian meals surprisingly good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all tasted great and were better than we expected. The room service was efficient and organized, too. It's near the market in Mahabaleshwar, so I'd consider it if you're looking for good food and dependable room service.

The location was convenient and the service adequate, but the property seems old. Its furniture looked dated, and there was a lot of dust in the rooms. We also found cockroaches, which was a major problem. The food was only average.

The staff were very helpful, and service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean, with hot water available all day. The food was really tasty, too. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

My wife and I were left stranded in an unfamiliar place after the hotel refused to honor my confirmed Agoda reservation. It had been booked with payment due on arrival. When I first called, they confirmed it, then soon started denying it. They refused us a room again when we arrived, even after I showed the confirmation. The staff were rude and unprofessional and wouldn't discuss what had happened. We lost a lot of time finding another hotel, our holiday plans were disrupted, and the whole situation was very stressful. I'll never choose this hotel again.

The location is right in the center of Mahabaleshwar, and the room and staff service were very good. The person who handled my booking over the phone was especially nice. The reception attendant, though, was very rude and spoke badly to customers. The hotel should train the reception staff.
