The location is the main plus: it’s right by the Mahabaleshwar market, with separate parking a minute away and plenty of restaurants close by. Hot water worked, and the rooms were clean, though the bedsheets weren’t as clean as they should’ve been. There’s no lift, and the property offers very few amenities. At ₹4500 a night in peak season, it felt far too expensive for what you get. I’d put a place with these basic facilities closer to ₹1000-1500 per day. Room cleanliness: 1.5/4 Basic services: 2/4 It may suit someone after a no-frills stay with easy market access, as long as they don’t expect much beyond the basics.

The bathroom was properly maintained, and the rooms were clean. They’re a little small, but that didn’t matter much to us. For the price, the hotels are very good.

The rooms smelled bad and weren’t maintained well for what they charge. I don’t think this should cost more than 1000 a day.

The private parking area felt safe and secure, and room service was quick. Our room was decent and clean, with good hot and cold water. Some listed amenities didn’t work, but it was alright. A budget-friendly place for families or friends.
