My parents and I had a terrible stay here, and owner Parth hasn't responded. We were told we'd get two AC rooms, but on arrival they gave us just one AC room and one non-AC room. That room wasn't clean and didn't have a proper door latch. The electricity kept going on and off all night, and the AC was off. Nobody helped us, not the owner or the manager. I've never had such a bad experience. Please refund me as soon as possible. If I don't get my money back, I'll complain to GRAHAKSEVA and the main officer. My parents were also put through a lot of trouble.

The hosts were helpful and cooperative, and the stay was comfortable with all the basic necessities. The food was decent, while the ambience and weather made the experience even nicer. Breakfast was the one drawback: there was only one dish, and not everyone likes the same thing.

The room was comfortable, and the location was a big part of what made my recent stay at hotel riveria in mahableshwar pleasant. I had a good experience overall.

The staff were polite, though there weren't many of them. Our rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was just one choice and very little of it. They also didn't provide basics like towels or complimentary water bottles, things you'd expect at a hotel.

Mr. Ram Shinde keeps things running smoothly, and the staff were excellent. They even prepare separate food for children, and the restaurant serves good meals. A lovely Panchagani resort for relaxing with family.
