We were told they wouldn’t provide an extra mattress, so three of us would have to sleep in one bed. When we raised the issue, the staff argued instead of trying to find a solution. The situation got so unpleasant that we were asked to leave at night. We then had significant inconvenience and couldn’t get proper rest that night. From check-in through check-out, the customer service was poor. Requests were ignored, and staff behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The hospitality was far below what we expected. This was extremely disappointing, and if possible I’d give zero stars. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for respectful treatment or good service. Management needs to work seriously on staff training and customer service.

The way guests were treated made the whole stay unpleasant. Staff were rude and unprofessional, dismissive when we raised concerns, and showed little interest in helping. Customer service was extremely poor, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff made our short stay at Melody Resort especially easy. Sachin and Ashish were courteous, willing to help, and knew the area well, which was a big help when we went out. It seemed to us like a family-run place. Our room was spacious and clean, with decent Wi-Fi coverage and TV with satellite. And those aloo parathas at breakfast were hard to beat. Thank you.

We were four people there for one night, and the owner was easy to approach whenever we needed help. The homemade food was nice, and we had a comfortable stay with a pleasant view of the swimming pool. Congratulations to the resort director for pursuing her dreams 😊😊.

We were with children and were made to walk away from the hotel at midnight. We’d asked for an extra bed and water, but the staff acted as though they only wanted more money from us. They spoke to tourists and customers like goons, with no manners. There was nowhere for the driver to stay, and not even a washroom for them.
