Blue Country Resort

The rooms with twin beds work well for families, and the open areas and landscaping are a nice feature. Staff were good, the in-house restaurant served good food, and room service was prompt. The property in panchgani is well designed and built, with a pool that could draw visitors on its own.

The garden and pool were very well kept, and parking was easy and convenient. Our duplex room was impressive, spacious, neat, and clean. The staff were quick and attentive, which made everything smooth and comfortable. We enjoyed the varied, delicious food, along with a complimentary breakfast that had plenty of choices. A wonderful resort stay, highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

I was at this property for a friend’s wedding, so I’m commenting only on the venue and event arrangements, not accommodation. Its location was easy to reach, and the ambience was decent for a large gathering. Throughout the event, the areas stayed clean and organized. The polite, cooperative staff were available when needed, and the serving team kept things moving with timely refills, which helped with the crowd. The weakest part was the food, which was average, especially at hi-tea and snacks. The sandwiches and some other snack options didn’t meet expectations, with uneven taste and ingredients that didn’t seem well used. Perhaps the venue was handling several weddings at once, but wedding food matters and needs improvement. The location, cleanliness, and staff support make it okay for functions. I might return, but I’d check the price carefully before booking.

There’s plenty of open space and well-kept grounds for relaxing or taking an evening walk, and popular Panchgani viewpoints and attractions are easy to reach. The resort feels peaceful, with greenery, scenic hills, cool weather, and lovely valley views. Misty mornings were a highlight. Our spacious, clean, well-maintained room had a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities, and the setting works well for families or couples wanting a quiet break. Staff were courteous, helpful, and quick to assist, with thoughtful service throughout. We enjoyed the good variety of delicious food, which exceeded our expectations. It was a refreshing escape from city life and good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Panchgani. We’d like to come back.
