The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is right in the market. I got one on the third floor, though there's no lift, so keep that in mind if booking for your family. The water pressure up there was very low, and hot water was available only after 7 a.m. You could try booking online for a discount.

The owner, mr ashfaq, meets the guests personally and talks politely, showing care whether something is good or bad. Staff mr pandit is cooperative, and the room was clean, well decorated, and cleaned daily. Rates were competitive even in session. I'd suggest giving sun rise hotel a try in mahableshwar. You may want to come back again and again.

We were there in the off season, so the rates seemed reasonable. The owner and staff were very cooperative, and being able to get to the market easily was a plus.

Our room was comfortable, very clean, and near the market. We booked the same room again and it was just as neat and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful.

The service was terrible. They didn't care about customers' basic needs and simply refused requests. Even hot water wasn't available. Don't visit this pathetic hotel.
