Om Bungalow -Happy Stay At Panchgani

We had a peaceful, quiet holiday here with our extended family, and host Sharmaji made sure we were comfortable throughout our ten days. The property is close to the main road in Nandan van society and has four bedrooms, two with AC and two without, plus a large hall, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. It’s spread across two levels, with spacious bedrooms, small balconies, and a larger extra balcony upstairs. There’s good cross ventilation, plenty of air and sunlight, and some indoor games. Mukta tai, the maid we requested for cooking and other tasks, was efficient, quick, and an amazing cook. Sharmaji was a gentle and helpful host. The property could use a few upgrades, and there’s one covered parking spot.

The view was good, and the place itself was nice. But the caretaker came straight in without knocking, and hawkers came through the gate and rang the doorbell. Only two of the four bathrooms had seats for bathing, and when we asked, the caretaker said that was all they had. He had no manners.

My family loved this place, and I was surprised and pleased to meet Maheshbhai, the owner, who stayed with us and was lovely to meet. It’s in a lovely colony surrounded by nature, with four rooms, including two with AC, and a good caretaker. I’ve settled on this as our family reunion destination.

A good weekend hill station stay in Maharashtra, near panchagini and along the panchagini - Mahabaleshwar Road before Bhose Village. The rental property is in the Nandanvan Banglow Society area, with a good location, great service, and easy access.
