Nature Forest View Resort

We're Country Club members and have stayed several times, but this visit was horrible. The hotel is in a good location, yet the property is poorly maintained and not clean. There were no towels, handwash in the W.C, or bathroom soap. The bedsheets weren't clean either, and room cleaning and bedding were done only after we were standing at the door. On the first day the flush had no water or wasn't working properly. The staff were nice, but we had to keep pointing things out to get them done, and the service overall was poor. There is no network here, and even the WiFi didn't work when we needed to make payments at the hotel. If you're taking public transport, it's far from the market, and there are no cab or taxi services. For a place guests come to relax, the stay should at least be satisfactory. This one was frustrating. Think twice before visiting.

We were reasonably comfortable here with family, and the staff were respectful and responsive. Still, the accommodation is old and deteriorating. The rooms weren't well equipped at first, though they brought the missing things later. Breakfast was pathetic, so we had to make do with bread, jam, and bread with butter. There were lots of monkeys in the morning, and we even saw them taking plunges in the swimming pool 😄.

Hotel Ashwar Inn is on the expensive side, and the bungalow wasn't as clean as it should have been. There was no hot water. Room D 2 felt very scary and isn't suitable for children, so I ask management not to assign it to families. What happened to us was unbearable.

A lovely place to stay with family, and the food was great. Mr. Sunil was especially supportive and handled the whole stay, organizing everything quickly and helping us a lot. The service team was very good.
