Breakfast was a real letdown. There were only two or three things listed, misal pav, poha, and banana, and poha wasn't even available. The banana they served was black and overripe, so I had serious concerns about how fresh and well kept the food was. The hotel says breakfast is included, but there was barely any choice and the available food wasn't fresh. The poor management left us frustrated, and the breakfast didn't feel worth the stay.

We asked for an extra blanket at night and were told outright that they didn't have any. When we asked for hot water, the response was oddly dramatic, with a fixed time limit given. In a cold place like Mahabaleshwar, that seems unreasonable. The management's casual, unprofessional handling of these basic requests showed little care for guest comfort.

The washroom made the stay very uncomfortable. It was dirty and poorly kept, and the toilet seat was broken. My stay at The Green Park, Mahabaleshwar was a major disappointment because of the hygiene. Cleanliness is a basic requirement, and the hotel didn't meet even a minimum standard. The place felt neglected and unhygienic.

We stayed at this very nice hotel from the 13th to the 16th. The service was good, and the staff were helpful too. We had a lovely anniversary celebration here, thank you! ☺️❤️

Don't book here. We got no room service at all, and there was no hospitality. The staff were very rude and showed no respect for customers.
