OYO 12935 Hotel Shrushti Inn

The rooms are tidy and clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. It's very close to mapro garden, though finding the hotel can be a task. The staff make it easier with directions. There's a swimming pool, TV and AC, all under one roof. A good choice if you're looking for a stay. Must visit.

Thanks to agoda customer service for negotiating with the hotel and getting us rooms, though it took almost 30 minutes. Otherwise we'd have had to spend the day scrambling to find another place instead of enjoying the holiday. I'd booked through agoda, but when we arrived, the owner wouldn't let us in and asked for extra money. The maintenance guy was rude, and the owner's wife spoke to me harshly on the phone. A very bad booking experience. Don't expect hospitality, I repeat, don't expect hospitality.

The balcony view was lovely, and the room was neat and clean. Shankar, who looks after the place, was polite and helpful. It's a walkable distance from mapro garden and close to the famous Mahabaleshwar points, while still feeling secluded and peaceful. The tradeoff is being a bit far from the main Mahabaleshwar market, though that means avoiding traffic. Five stars from me! 😊

I enjoyed my holiday at Srushti hotel. It's close to the bus stand and mapro garden, and the room service was very good. The person looking after the hotel was polite and helpful. All in all, a good stay. 😊😊
