A lovely property with a great atmosphere and staff who are happy to help. Its central location also makes getting around easy. A relaxing stay, and one I'd recommend.

Pan Hill made for a wonderful stay. The team were kind and helpful, and attractions are close by and easy to reach. I'd happily recommend it to families.

The hotel was dusty, and the bedsheets and blanket looked used and dirty. The atmosphere wasn't good either, so this would be my last choice. We'd asked for bathing water at 6 am because our time mattered to us, just an hour before the time the staff had set. They refused. My father asked three times, but they still wouldn't provide it. I also asked to cancel the second room. The woman charged Rs.2000/- for it and returned only Rs.2000/-, even though I hadn't stayed in that room.

The old world character has been kept up so nicely, and the price was easy on the pocket. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful heritage hotel. Being right opposite the bus stand and in the middle of the market was such a blessing.

A really comfortable budget stay, and well worth the price. The location is great, with essential shops close by and NEHS nearby too. I'd definitely recommend it.
