Sai Residency

The owner was rude, and the place was filthy. Cockroaches were roaming around, there were no toiletries or hot water, and the bathroom had no hanger. The flush had no pressure, so we had to use a bucket. The sofa was missing, and the table and beds were broken. Don't trust the photos, they look fake. I'd rather stay at the nearest bus stand.

It's in the main market, which is the one advantage, but there was nobody at reception and no room service or caretaker. The place has only four rooms, two on each floor, and it didn't feel secure. We stayed two days; after we complained and asked the owner to send someone to sleep there at least overnight, he sent a boy. In the rainy season, avoid it: every room had major leaks, and the walls and ceiling across the floor were wet. Hot water wasn't reliably available either. We only got it on the second day, when the caretaker brought another bucket.

A terrible stay, especially the rude treatment of senior citizens. The washroom and sinks were dirty, the bedsheets were torn, and the staff acted unprofessionally. They also don't refund you if you cancel.

The TV didn't work, the room was very dirty, and it wasn't hygienic. There was also a problem with hot water. This was the worst place I've ever stayed.
