The rooms, property, and views were a letdown, and the infrastructure felt neglected. The place doesn’t match the warmth of the staff, so it may disappoint if you’re after a luxury or scenic getaway. On the good side, Aakash and the rest of the staff were genuinely helpful and made us comfortable. The food tasted great and came in generous portions. If your budget is very tight, it could still work, as prices are flexible and rebates can be negotiated.

The food was the best part, it was good quality and home made. The location was superb, and the service was great too. A perfect place to stay with family in mahabaleshwar.

The property itself may not be top-notch, but the service made up for that. Aakash, the caretaker, was exceptional, and the food was very good too.

The villa is close to strawberry farms, which made exploring nature a great experience. Nature trail point and bio diversity point are nearby too, and you can visit them early in the morning. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms with one queen size bed in each, 3 baths, a hall, and a kitchen. The rooms and washrooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Hot water is limited because it uses a solar water heater. The surrounding area is nice, and the staff were helpful and informative. Food was tasty and cheap compared with other options. One drawback is the road connection to the main Mahabaleshwar road. It’s an unpaved sand road they’ve made over time, though our 16 seater Traveller bus managed it fine.
