Breakfast was decent and the location is good, but the rooms are only average, as is the service. Staff are slow, though cooperative. There's no geyser in the separate rooms. Hot water is supplied only from 7 to 9 AM, and sometimes you still have to wait 1-2 hours. That's especially inconvenient in rainy or winter weather when you really need hot water. The lower two of the three floors are in better condition, but they're reserved for long-term stays. Regular bookings go to the top floor, which has no lift or balcony and feels less comfortable.

I tried to book two rooms on MakeMyTrip, but the site only let me reserve one. The online rate showed around ₹1000 with breakfast. When I called the hotel to ask about two rooms, they quoted ₹1500 per room and said breakfast wasn't included at that price. That felt misleading and unprofessional. The rooms are in very poor condition, and I found cockroaches inside. Network connectivity is poor, and the location is far from the main tourist spots, making travel inconvenient. Terrible service, bad hygiene, and pricing that isn't worth the money. Avoid this place and choose a better hotel.

It's a very nice, affordable hotel with great mountain and valley views from the rooms. The spots and activities are close by, and the Old Mahabaleshwar sights are nearby too.

The property is clean and well maintained, with good staff service. It's in a beautiful, natural setting with mountain views. Elephant Head Point is only 2 km away.

The food was delicious, especially the Zunka Bhakar, and dinner on the lawn made for a lovely atmosphere. The rooms and scenery were excellent, and the stay exceeded my expectations. There was no geyser in the room, but when I asked, they brought hot water at 4:30 AM. Staff were prompt and helpful. Special thanks to Mangesh for the great assistance.
