Breakfast is included for adults, but children have to pay separately, and it's very costly. The view wasn't very satisfying either. It might be okay for one night, but the hotel is far from Mahabaleshwar market and the road is in very poor condition. The intercom didn't work, so whenever we had an issue or complaint, we had to leave the room and call the staff.
It's inexpensive and could work for a night or two, but the room I got had a serious door problem. It was old and cracked, and I couldn't lock it from inside. Even after a lot of effort to get it locked, opening it again was difficult. The doors in all the rooms look the same and old, so I suggest they fix them. The TV didn't work properly either. There were earthworms and centipedes in the bathroom coming from the drain pipe.
Very poor service. There was no drinking water in the room, no intercom to reach reception, and no A/C for my entire stay. Every time something was wrong, I had to come out of the room to call the staff. Really, really poor.
It's open and surrounded by nature, which makes it a lovely place. The food was delicious, and all the staff were polite and helpful.
The staff are good, and the food quality is good too, though the taste could be better. They should clean more often. Thanks for reading 📖
