Treebo Balaji Excellency with Pool & Spa

The food is absolutely delicious, and the whole place has a warm, homely feel. I’d seen older reviews and hesitated at first, but recent positive feedback convinced me to try Balaji Excellency Resort. I learned that Deepak Sir has managed it since December 2024, and the difference shows in the management and hospitality. The staff were helpful and cooperative, and it felt like a home away from home. I’d suggest visiting and trying the food for yourself rather than relying only on old reviews. I’m sure you’ll want to return. Can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel location is very nice, but the food was average and a little costly, and the service was slow and frustrating. On 05/07/2025, we booked rooms 207 and 209. The AC wasn’t working in the room, and both TVs were off. Despite many requests, nobody turned them on or helped us. Don’t book rooms on treebo, they charged a lot after we reached.

The place itself is good to stay, but don’t expect too much based on the pictures. The food will be awful if your expectations are high, the TVs don’t work, and staff are mostly unresponsive.

We were looking for a quieter place, and this one was perfect, even though it’s a bit outside. The room was super, the view was great, and the staff were nice. We had a very good stay.
