Coco Retreat Farm

The pool and relaxed atmosphere were the best parts of our day at Coco Retreat Farm. The other activities and services were fine too, and the rooms were decent and reasonably maintained, though nothing luxurious. It’s a little way in from the main ECR road, so getting there took extra time. For a one-day outing with friends or family, it’s an average farm stay: a decent place to relax, but nothing extraordinary.

We had a pleasant stay. The place was peaceful, the service was good, and the clean, comfortable rooms were well maintained. A nice location for a relaxing break with friends or family.

Please trust me, this resort isn’t worth it. The rooms were in terrible shape, things were coming apart, and there was no neatness or tidiness. Service was poor too. Don’t be fooled by the old photos when deciding whether to book.

I paid ₹2500 for one night, from 16th Dec 2025 to 17th Dec 2025, but the conditions were so unbearable that we left before morning. I’d stayed here 2 years ago, when it was decent, and the place seems completely ruined now. It’s a waste of money and time, with no upkeep, cleanliness, service, or respect for guests. I wouldn’t trust the old reviews or photos. The restroom was disgusting and unhygienic, the food was tasteless, poor quality, and overpriced, and housekeeping was almost nonexistent. The TV didn’t work, neither did the Wi-Fi, and even the electricity wasn’t stable. We told them about these problems and checked out early because we were so uncomfortable, but there was no apology or concern. They still asked us to pay for French fries listed at ₹99, charging ₹120, and they were poorly prepared with no proper seasoning. That felt completely unprofessional and dishonest. If MakeMyTrip allowed it, I’d give this place -10 stars. The worst stay I’ve had.
