The food was good, and we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games during our comfortable, pleasant one-day stay at Landmark Pallavaa Beach Resort. We did have trouble with the pool schedule: the timings hadn’t been made clear, so it was already closed when we arrived at 7:00 PM, and closed again when we went at 7:00 AM the next morning. I brought this up with Mr. Anand, the Manager, and appreciated how promptly and professionally he handled it. His customer-focused response and hospitality were excellent, and we’re grateful to him.

The breakfast options were delicious each morning, and our room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. The Reception Manager made sure we were comfortable, and Giriraj from restaurant was very courteous. Staff welcomed us warmly and got us checked in quickly. We’ll definitely come back.

Everything was good, from the clean rooms and restrooms to the large parking area, where we had no trouble finding space. The pool was great and open from 6am until 6:30 in the evening, and we could go to the beach whenever we wanted, with no restrictions. The food was awesome, and the complimentary morning buffet was especially good. Worth the money.

The room was comfortable, with no mosquitoes or insects, and I especially appreciated how clean and well kept the bathroom was. The clean swimming pool and the peaceful, relaxing beach added to the stay. Staff were very cooperative and ready to help with a smile. The food was fresh and delicious, with a good variety. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others. 💐

We spent three days at Landmark Pallava Beach Resort while my kids took part in their International Art Competition, and it was a delightful stay. The spacious rooms surprised us, and the separate master beds added comfort. The resort and rooms were impeccably clean, which made it relaxing and worry-free. We especially liked the private beach access. Opening the wooden gate felt like stepping into a picture-perfect scene. They already have a tap at the gate, but I’d suggest adding a shower room or hand flush there. There was plenty for children and adults to do, including beach volleyball, cricket, and the pool. The restaurant serves well, though updating its ambience would improve the experience. With that change, this could easily be the best affordable option in the region.
