The outdoor setting is lovely, with a beachfront location, open parking, good food, and easy access to the beach and pool. Check-in was welcoming. But once we were settled, staff weren't very attentive, and the rooms felt like a standard 3-star place rather than a luxury resort. We also saw lizards in our room and cracks in some walls. For the premium rates, the room quality and service fell short, and maintenance needs work. Beach access is from 6 AM to 6 PM, while the pool is open 7 AM to 7 PM. I enjoyed the food and outdoor ambience, but the stay didn't feel worth the price.

We visited with our pet, and the whole team made us feel welcome and accommodated. There were lots of games for fun, and horse riding on the beach. The food was very tasty, and the serving team was especially great. Special thanks to Ms.Swara at reception, who made sure our stay was more than pleasant. It was crowded when we checked in, but she stayed calm and handled everything professionally. Thanks to Swara mam and the entire team!

Mingma on the breakfast team deserves a special mention for looking after our toddler. The staff were approachable and friendly, and the food was great. We had a fantastic three-night stay, with the Shore Temple and 5 Rathas about a 10-minute drive away. We had a great time and would recommend it to families.

The beachside location and lovely pool were the best parts. Food was really good, though expensive, and the buffet breakfast had a huge choice. The rooms were basic and didn't have a 5-star feel. Service was poor too: I had to call room service or housekeeping several times for one request. Maybe they were struggling with the weekend guest volume, but the stay was underwhelming. I've had better experiences.

The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the food was delicious with lots of options. The atmosphere felt luxurious and comfortable, making for a memorable stay. Special thanks for swara. I'd highly recommend ITC Hotel for a premium hospitality experience.
