Avoid this place at all cost. The sheets I was given were stained and the property was really dirty. I sent an official complaint to tripadvisor and airbnb. In my experience, they blamed me and tried to extort money. I'm a top google reviewer and have written genuine reviews of other places too. I'll definitely complain to indian tourism as well. What a shameful place and owner.

For this price range, it's a good villa, with a nice pool. The caretaker and the owner were both good.
