Selvaraj was polite and well mannered, and he sorted out parking for us when none was available as we arrived. We stayed on Dec 29th. The rooms at Nirvana were very clean and well maintained, though the swimming pool was very small and parking was outside only. Staff service and buffet breakfast were good. Worth the money, and a place to try with family or friends.

The calm atmosphere made for a rejuvenating escape, and the facilities were excellent. Ajay Singh gave us especially warm, personal attention, making the stay memorable. Everyone was courteous, and we’ll definitely come back. He’s a real asset to the Nirvana team.

Mr. "SELVA" at reception gave us a warm welcome and showed lovely hospitality. It’s about 2km from the tourist spots. The room was clean, and the vegetarian food was really good. A neat, pleasant place. Thanks so much, Nirvana Team.

My company booked rooms at Nirvana Boutique Hotel, and the stay was extremely disappointing. The management kept moving me after I had checked in, apparently to prioritize new bookings. First, my room had no working shower or hot water. They moved me to a better room after I complained, then put me back in a bad one the next day because other customers were coming in. Staff gave no help with luggage during these repeated moves, and they didn’t provide basic drinking water either. As someone who travels for work, I expect reliability and respect. I found neither here, and wouldn’t recommend this hotel for business or personal stays.
