The lunch at The Reef was so tempting that we stayed after checkout just to enjoy the spread. Chef Saravanan was humble, and his food was a real highlight. The hospitality all through the visit was among the best we’ve had. We’d stayed here a couple of years ago and liked it then, but this time was even better. Yemti and Harshank at the front office understood the difficulty of traveling with two little kids and helped us check in very quickly and early. We had a wonderful stay, and are already thinking about coming back with our dog.

We had a comfortable stay, and getting upgraded to a partial sea view room was a lovely surprise. The beach was clean and sparkling, and the sunrise is a must-see. The property is beautifully maintained and in a fantastic location. C-Salt Restaurant by the seaside has a great ambience. The team there works hard and takes good care of you. The F&B manager, Krishna, said a new menu is in progress. The current one felt average, though breakfast more than made up for it with an excellent spread and attentive staff. A relaxing getaway with everything we needed.

Yemti was always approachable and professional, and she promptly took care of our requests. She also arranged birthday decorations and a cake, all beautifully organized and making the occasion memorable. Thanks to her and the whole team for such a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time at the Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa. The hospitality was excellent, and we look forward to visiting again. We’d gladly recommend it to friends and family.

High tea by the beach was the best part of our stay. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and everyone went out of their way to make things good. We booked a sea view room with breakfast and dinner, and loved the buffet. I’d say choose a room with food included. This was my fourth visit to Sheraton, and I’ll definitely be back for the service. 10/10 :)

The breakfast was around a 4 out of 5, and the service was attentive and good. The location is convenient, not far from the new amusement park. The lobby is nice, but the hotel feels a little dated and doesn't quite seem to live up to its very high rating.
