I spent three weeks here for work. The staff were the best part: service was good, they kept our tiffins ready, let me refrigerate snacks, and washed clothes for free. Given the location, I really appreciated that. Rooms on the third floor were better, while the fourth-floor ones were mediocre. The sheets had holes and stains, so bring your own. Hot water worked about 60 percent of the time, and the shower drain clogged easily. Electricity was nearly constant. There were mosquitoes and noise from outside, and the cupboards were dirty. Finding the hotel the first time was tricky, and the area outside wasn't very clean. Mehsana isn't a big city, so I can understand that some shortcomings come with the location.
