I paid 2000 for a 6 hrs stay, but when I asked for a plate and glass they told me to come and get them myself. I've never been this disappointed before. How did this hotel get a permit? Please report it.

The only plus was the location. For ₹2500 per day, the stay was disappointing and the facilities felt temporary, definitely not worth the price. Electrical fittings were loose or didn't work, the TV stayed broken for both days, 22 & 23 Aug 2025, and the bathroom was poorly maintained, with broken taps and poor cleanliness.

I checked out of Room 210 today, and the lack of privacy in the washroom was awful. It has no window, can be seen from outside, and the door doesn't lock. The washroom was barely clean, half the electrical sockets didn't work, and the TV was completely broken. We even had to buy our own air freshener to make the room bearable. At ₹3000 per night, this was a rip-off, especially for a place claiming to be a 3-star hotel. I've stayed in better places for half that amount. One of the worst stays I've had. Avoid it if cleanliness, privacy, and basic working amenities matter to you.

The bathroom was poorly maintained, the bedsheets were in bad shape, and the room hadn't been cleaned. There were no facilities either. I wouldn't choose this place for a stay.
