There’s no cleanliness, and families should avoid this place. They demand full payment before check-in, don’t provide even a water bottle, and the doors have no latches, so anyone can open them from outside. Worst hospitality.
6/10
I attended a function here but didn’t stay overnight. The function hall was okay. The rooms were poorly maintained and not clean at all, and there was no water or electricity supply.
2/10
The receptionists were rude, maintenance was poor, and there were no proper facilities. The room had no latches, the bathroom flush didn’t work, and the TV was out of order. No towels or bathroom essentials, no complimentary breakfast, and not even a water bottle. The worst experience I’ve had. I’d rate it zero if I could.
2/10
The washroom was very bad, and there was no power, A/C, or hot water. There should at least be a fan. Please don’t go here.
2/10
The people at reception weren’t qualified to do the job, and nobody there spoke English or Tamil. They couldn’t give a proper answer. The rooms weren’t clean or hygienic, there was no sanitation and no TV. Very bad. Don’t choose this place.
