We ate at Padmam restaurant in srm hotel. The food was passable, though the paneer dish was extremely spicy. We also ordered fresh lime soda, but they had no lime and couldn't make it. After waiting quite a while, we chose to cancel the order. The bill had already been prepared, but it couldn't be changed because only the manager could do that, and he was in a meeting. The service was terrible and really disappointing after the excellent service we received at srm global hospital.

The hotel has a wonderful ambience, and we appreciated the prompt, courteous and responsible personal attention to every detail. Front desk staff Suba,Jasmine & Nishaj carried out their duties very respectfully. Housekeeping and restaurant service were efficient and of a very good standard. Thank you for your hospitality.

We put up 30 speakers from around the world for a 3-day international conference, and SRM Hotels provided accommodation that made a real difference. Guests were impressed by the luxurious rooms, smooth group check-ins, and 5-star hospitality. The staff handled last-minute room changes, special dietary requests, and personalized support quickly and politely. Mr. Sarath Kumar (Front Office Manager) coordinated everything masterfully. Subasree (Senior Associate) was sharp with the details, and Ms. Jasmin Mary (Front Office Executive) provided warm, proactive service. Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Nishag (Senior Associates) handled guests flawlessly, while Mr. Jagan (Banquet Manager) kept things running smoothly. Their teamwork made the speakers' stay a highlight. A professional, hospitable choice for conference guests. Highly recommend!

Mr. Rajiv at the reception was courteous and helpful, which made things go more smoothly. My stay at SRM Hotel was pleasant, with efficient service and rooms with quite good facilities. It was a very satisfying, comfortable experience.

Rajeev, Suba, Nishaj and Srinivas at the front desk were especially helpful. The hotel was clean, the food was fantastic, and the location worked really well. It’s been my best stay in India so far. Looking forward to coming back.
