I wasn’t happy with the stay and felt ripped off. They refused to give even one extra hour past checkout and wouldn’t issue a GST bill. They also charged a high extra amount for our child on top of the adults, which isn’t normal at other hotels in the same category. They tried to charge 50% more than the online price and didn’t seem happy with online bookings. It felt like they were looking for every chance to get more money instead of providing good service. I hope they change these unfriendly policies.

We stayed for one day, and the high price didn’t match what was provided. There was no room service, and the room’s phone couldn’t reach reception because it was always switched off. Staff had trouble communicating in the local language, so even simple requests became frustrating. When we asked for towels, the room boy brought some from a room just vacated by other guests. That was unacceptable. When we challenged him, he answered arrogantly. The service was very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We showed proof of a confirmed online receipt, but the staff became defensive, spoke poorly to us, and ultimately rejected the booking made through their own web portal without a reason. We were left stranded and badly inconvenienced. My cousin had gone to confirm the details and was spoken to rudely, in a humiliating tone, as if we wanted to stay for free. Before that, I tried calling the contact number several times without an answer. I finally got a reply using a different mobile number, but was quoted far more than the online rate. When I questioned it, the staff member dismissively said to “take it or leave it” or book online. I can’t recommend this place for families. The lack of courtesy and the staff’s attitude were humiliating. The owner seriously needs to look into what’s happening there, because the team’s behavior and lack of integrity with online bookings are driving customers away. Highly not recommended.

Sangeetha ji deserves special mention for her considerate support throughout our stay. She was polite, attentive, and made sure our needs were handled promptly. Her positive attitude made a real difference. The whole team was courteous, professional, and ready to help, and we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.
