OYO 29312 Hotel Royal's

After we’d travelled for five hours, the receptionist spoke rudely and showed no sense of how to talk to people. He refused to give us a room booked through the OYO app, even though it says “Couples are welcome.” He said they let unmarried couples stay only when they book without OYO, and wanted extra money for the stay. He also wouldn’t give us the owner’s number. I was very disappointed with both the hotel and OYO, and I’ll never go back. Oyo should reject hotels like this.

This hotel is in the main bazar, so there’s a lot of noise, and the phones don’t work. For any help, you have to go to the desk. They provided breakfast just once during my seven days there. Room service was poor, with no toiletries or clean towels. If you use the AC too much, they just switch off the lights from the desk. Pathetic hotel.

Very unprofessional staff, no maintenance and basically no service. The WiFi had issues, and the washroom was awful. I only took pictures of the washroom toilet, and even that was better than the room.

One of my worst experiences with OYO. The staff keep the change as a tip without even asking, whether it’s 10rs, 20rs, or 100rs. Then they ask for another tip on top of that.
