We had tasty food in generous portions, though it was a bit spicy, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location is very good, and from the hotel you can see Mussoorie top looking awesome at night. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated, and cleanliness was okay. It's hard to spot from Rajpur Road, though. I'd definitely like to stay again.

Privacy? Lolololol. Extra space? Lol. And the service was s**t. My clothes were stolen from the room while I was out. Can I give a negative star rating? The intercom didn't work, so every time I wanted something I had to go downstairs. The power backup was pretty BAD too.

The staff were supportive, and the Wi-Fi actually works. There is parking space, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is really good too.

The staff didn't seem to care about the customers. We had to walk to reception every time we wanted to order something because the phone wasn't working. The TV didn't work either, and there was no water in the washroom. A pathetic place. I visited with a few friends.
